- October 3rd from 6:30-8:30PM at Rudramandir, 830 Bancroft Way, Berkeley 94710. Register, $25 per person, $40 per family. Offered by the Institute for the Advancement of Psychotherapy.
Yelling is a common form of discipline and can be caused by being stressed, tired, or hungry. Often feelings such as frustration, anger, fear, or loneliness, can also trigger yelling, as well as a “poor fit” between your temperament and your child’s. Many parents report that they just don’t know what to do when their children misbehave, especially when a child ignores requests. We’ll talk about how to come up with a plan and discuss the things that trigger yelling.
Chinese Radio Interview
It was lots of fun to do a radio show on a Chinese Station. I was interviewed, and then it was translated into Mandarin. If you know someone who speaks Mandarin, do pass it on. You can also listen to the English if you’re patient. http://bayvoice.net/life100/education/2351-2012-08-08-05-28-02.html
