Workshop: “Was That Me Yelling?”

Do you want to yell less at your kids? Nurse Rona will offer two workshops called, “Was That Me Yelling?” One will be at Parents Place in San Francisco on July 9th and one at Parents Place in Marin on July 12th.

Yelling can be caused by stress, fatigue, depression, anger, or other reasons. Most parents agree that yelling isn’t beneficial, but many report that they just don’t know what to do when their children misbehave. We will discuss how to come up with a plan and learn more about what triggers yelling
